Drugstore Haul

So, today I woke up to this lovely email informing me that Priceline (drugstore here in Australia) was having 20% all their cosmetics and hair/skin care items. YES PLEASE! I made my way over there and bought some things I was wanting to get soon anyways (and some things I just thought I shud get to make the most of the 20%).

4 : St. Ives - Apricot Scrub

5 : St. Ives - Daily Microderm abrasion

6 : ModelCo - Shimmer, Airbrush Illuminiser

7 : Maybelline - Line Stiletto (Black)

8 : Revlon - Grow Luscious Mascara (Waterproof, Blackest Black)

• Hair Products: I've never used those ones before but figured I'd give them a try. Anything to give my lifeless fine hair a little oompf. Will let you guys now how they turn out.
• St. Ives: love the scrub! Best scrub I've ever used by far. Lots of grainy bits which I need. Figured I'd give the microderm one a try.
• Shimmer: This stuff is definitely a shimmer all right. I had a mini one from a packet before but the spray part broke so had to throw it away. Gave such a nice shimmer (major) to your skin and looked great lightly on the hair as well.
• Make-up: Is that a big bronzer or what? haha, that will seriously last me forever. And the colour is nice and dark, will do swatches etc when I use it next. Needed a liquid eyeliner cause I somehow lost mine so just grabbed this one. The Revlon Mascara I've tried before but the non waterproof one. Loved it but smudges really easily so got the waterproof one this time.

I couldn't help it, but I went to the second and last day of the 20% off and got some more stuff. BUT technically I only got one item cause the other one ende dup being free. So, thats okaaay.

Australis - JUMBO Mineral Bronzing Powder

How cool is the zoom in of the press design top right? Looks like a desert. Anyways, I finally found a dark bronzer - MAC Bronze wasn't cutting it for me. Very pigmented and has no shimmer or glitter, although it does have some kind of sheen to it. Looks really nice on the skin. Need to try it out properly though.

Bourjois - Blush (No.92 Santal)

 

I've been on the look out for a bronzey/rosey/pinkish blush for a while. Anyone have any recommendations? I found this one, so it'll do for now. Great colour pay off though, that finger swatch was just one swipe. Has quite a bit of shimmer in it. Product comes with a brush which is placed on top and a mirror in the lid.

Australis - Conceal Correct 4-in-1 Palette

Has two tiers. First one has the dark skin tone and green concealers. Second has the purple and light skin tone concealers and a mirror on the other side.

Green : used to cover up redness
Purple : used to fade away dark circles
Skin tone concealers : used over the top of colours to hide imperfections
